The apartment has been beautifully renovated and makes great use of the space. Fabiana was great with all communication and helpfully sent us a link to get our Francigena stamp. A comfortable stop to recharge on our Francigena walk. The washing machine was also a huge bonus.

Absolutely gorgeous place in the middle of hilly vegetation. Rome is only 22km distance and easy to reach. The room was very nice, big and very comfortable equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools. Breakfast was very complete and above standard. The room, toilet,kitchen were very well taken care of and clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful, efficient and understanding. I would certainly recommend this to others!!

Its one of my favorite, i felt very welcome by Yana. she was very helpful and very nice person The room exceed my expectations because i book many rooms but nothing like this one, the cleaness, the space and the room is incredible. Its very comfortable and i would recommend anyone that wants to feel home and comfort. Its not far away to Rome 30min to 1hr by car surely if i come back i would book again this one😁 Thanks yana much appreciated.

    Wonder place, amazing hosts. We spent here only one night on our way from Rome to Florence, and everything pas perfect. When we arrived they greeted us with fresh fruits! The room had AC, and we were also supplied with bug repellents (much need around this time of year). All in all - great stay, amazing hosts.

    Utterly charming, delightful place to stay in the heart of what must surely be one of the most exquisite of tiny ancient hamlets on the outskirts of Rome. The hosts are of a character to complement perfectly their house and its surroundings - generous, beautiful manners and immensely hospitable. This is a jewel of a place in every regard.
