Thoughtful unexpected directions from Fabiana with a video detailing how to find the hotel in the ancient part of Grottamarre prempted any problems on arrival. A warm welcome to a beautifully designed hotel that is a perfect escape from the busy pace of impersonal alternatives on the shoreline.. Fabiana is a gracious hostess who enjoys making guest comfort her priority. Brilliant quiet location with incredible vistas and more challenging walking than the newer Grottamarre.

The room and building were very clean, beautifully finished, and made with high-quality wood. We arrived around 9 p.m. and were warmly welcomed by a very pleasant young lady, who we later discovered was the host and also lived in one of the rooms in the same flat. The location is simply beautiful — the surrounding hills are picture-perfect and very well maintained. On our visit to the nearby borgo of Ripartisone, which we instantly fell in love with, we could even see the mountains with their first snow of the season. If you are in the area, visit Montedinove, from the main piazza you’ll enjoy a breathtaking, unspoiled view: the sea to the left, gentle rolling hills in the middle, and the mountains to the right. Simply dreamy. We absolutely adored the Marche region — it has nothing to envy of Tuscany!

Located in the beautiful green valley indeed, this accommodation offers a nice mix of authenticity and comfort. The highlight of our stay was the traditional firewood-heated Finnish sauna, a rare and delightful experience in Italy. The accommodation itself is well-equipped, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing gateway!

The place exceeds expectations. The hosts are super warm and friendly! The facilities are very nice. The room itself (where we stayed) is comfortable with a balcony, with beautiful views. There is a kitchen, an outside dining area, and quite a big pool. The place is on a hill in the countryside, so you can enjoy views in tranquility. In the premises, you could stroll on their farmland (olive trees, garden, animals), so the place itself is very big. Short (10-15 minutes) drive to San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare with beaches, restaurants and shops. I mean it is one of the best places :) You cannot go wrong with booking there.

Location of the property was very close to the station and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The off site breakfast was perfect for our needs and visited a few times in the evening also for some refreshments. The host was extremely helpful with basically anything we asked for even translating for us.
