The idyllic garden with a small vineyard and an amazing pool, the delightful homemade breakfast, the beautiful terrace with a view of Etna made our vacation to Sicily perfect. Giovanni is the best host that we ever encountered. Now we understand what Gabriel García Márquez meant when he said: “Going to Sicily is better than going to the moon.”

Everything about this place is exceptional. Details in the superb clean house are amazing. The owners really have good taste and shows that they have put love into it. Well done! Breakfast was abundant and varied every day.. Santa and her husband were very welcoming and Santa was amazingly hospitable. We would have loved to stay more. We will definitely return. Strongly recommend it. Thank you Santa xx

The very friendly hosts asked me each day what I did want for my breakfast, Because I am not much of a breakfast person I never asked for anything, but I still was able to get some water, fruit or yoghurts from the fridge. On the first morning I even got some leftovers, which were typical Sicilian and sweet :) Communication was not a big problem, because most of it was done by the daughter of the hosts, who is able to speak English. I am sorry for not speaking any Italian :) The room itself was very nice, new and modern. This is a perfect basis for trips to Taormina, Catania and lady Etna of course. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Deborah was a wonderful host. She recommended places to visit and a couple of excellent restaurants, frequented by locals,within 5-10 minutes drive from the village. Nothing was too much trouble for Deborah and we found her very quick to respond to enquiries and she was very friendly

    Fantastic helpful hosts. Wonderful breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Lovely outdoor pool. Great location to visit mount etna. Only a few restaurants in you but more in near by villages.
