Staff was very helpful from the very beginning of our stay sending us all the information and answering our questions. Localization couldn’t be any better, we stayed in the heart of the old city. Perugia is underrated and is the best place to plan other destinations like Assisi or Florence (only 2h away). Highly recommended!

What a beautiful home and Frederico was the most wonderful host. Don’t be fooled into using this spot as just a one time stay over before a flight from Perugia (our mistake!) it’s the perfect home to relax and access the many places nearby. The garden is the perfect place to relax with a book, so quiet and peaceful and we were made the most delicious afternoon spritz. we will be back - Grazie Frederico!

Location is beautiful. Easy access to Perugia (by car or if you really want probably bus). Host was amazingly helpful and generous. Included breakfast was not only super professional but also absolutely delicious. Lots of emphasis on local produce and this also goes for the restaurant they run of a night. The restaurant... Well you've got to pay extra of course, but oh god is it worth it. The menu is exceptionally put together and the food is amazing. You will not regret it, and I'd almost say you have to. Parking was excellent. Plenty of spaces off the road and easy to get to. The room was excellent. Great view of the valley, excellent bed and a fantastic shower. 11/10 would recommend. One thousand thanks to the host for her amazing hospitality.

Excellent welcoming hosts, going the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good varied breakfast, tea and coffee available throughout the day, besides occasional snacks. Daily maid service, super comfortable beds and down pillows. Michele sends detailed info re parking, sightseeing and good restaurants via WhatsApp. Do follow his instructions to locate rental as Google maps insists on sending you through a disused road, further up the hill! Shared kitchen can be used for cooking. Effective central heating, refrigerator in room. Good WiFi. Only reachable by car. Rooms on first floor, no elevator.
