This really was a lovely surprise, we booked a bit last minute for a wedding and I want to thank Aleksandra and her husband for such a warm welcome and for being so helpful and attentive. We really felt at home here, breakfast was delicious and we sat outside on the terrace with a lovely view. We will be back soon!

It was an incredible stay. The host welcomed us with a smile, was really gentle and polite, responsive to all the questions we had. Also he provided us with useful information about the parking spots even so we haven’t ask. This made our stay way more enjoyable.

We have spent great time in VIVO. The place is located close to the beach (5min walk). There is a lot of bars and restaurants where everyone might find his favorite delicious Italian cuisine. The room was super clean and comfortable. Also, the rooms are quiet so you can sleep well in comfortable bed. In the lobby you can find everything what you need. The Staff (Sara who is the owner) is friendly and helpful. Perfect place for summer holidays.

One of our best stays in Italy. The owners are extremely welcoming and provide all information for the best stay. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. I really liked the big school map of Italy on the wall :) Breakfasts are amazing, from sweets to cheeses, salami, prosciutto, fruits, yoghurts ... We came with our dog, and it was a nice welcome also for him 😀 Can't wait to return.

Everything was great! Carlo is a very hospitable and thoughtful host - he was always available and helped us whenever we had problems. The area is quiet, there wasn’t any noise from the neighbors or outside. The room has everything you need, there’s a supermarket nearby and a small cafe with homemade pizza and pasta close to the beach. The beach is about 10 min walk, but it’s a bit difficult to get to the place from the train station because it’s 30 min walk.

    Our accommodation was easy to find in the small old town of Montecosaro. Quiet at night. Clean room and bathroom, as well as the rest of the B&B accessible to the clientele. Our host was very friendly and ready to help beyond what is required. Fantastic breakfast. Very comfortable bed.
