Everything as expected. The property looks even more beautiful then as shown in the photos. Just love it. Neat and clean. The host was just great. He even came to welcome us and explained everything. Also gave us his personal number for any emergency. The price is quite good compared to any other options in the Rome. Just 7 mins walking from the train station and the train takes just 19 mins to reach Rome. Multiple grocery stores and eating options near by. Just loved the stay. The bad was very comfortable, the toilet was very clean. The wifi speed was also super fast.

Host communicated personally via my preferred communication method even late in the evening and waited patiently for my late replies. The host arranged everything for a smooth late check in (1am) with hand written instructions. The host also was really accommodating to my last minute change in travel arrangements allowing a last minute late checkout. I had an intense work schedule the whole day with little time to change my booking, but I did not need to stress over the accommodation and luggage because of how well I was treated. I don't recall having such a good experience staying anywhere anytime before this. On top of this, there was a nice selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes in the breakfast area. The place has a beautiful kitchen/breakfast area with cups and plates handmade with care. The rooms are spacious, clean and very relaxing.

Well, as mentioned above, above expectation. The apartment was basically brand new, great care of the building. The owner a "true lovely" Italian girl, very helpful and kind person. The place is located about 30 minutes away from Rome city center, quite surroundings and full of restaurant, not "tourist traps" but truly Italian restaurant, I am a100% Italian from Veneto, I know what I am saying. I suggest this accomodation in case you are travelling alone and couples, of any range of age. Again, I am proud to be Italian, the quality of the apartment is way above the average European standards and great location.
