Very clean property as described in the pictures. The whole family enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and the owner went above and beyond to recommend nearby beaches and activities to do for the family. Highly recommend Villa Dessena we can’t wait to come back!

the area was beautiful and peaceful. Right next to a museum thats worth a visit and 10 minutes away from Cala Gonone. The host Marco and his wife Angela were super kind, they helped us with everything and prepared homemade breakfast every morning. Room had everything we needed and we also had a kitchen we could use. Was the perfect stay and would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Mariposa Guesthouse! The rooms were spotless, modern, and very well equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—very close to all the main attractions on the east coast of the island, yet peaceful and relaxing. Antonella was extremely professional and responsive, promptly answering all our questions and fulfilling every request. It’s clear that the property is well cared for, and guest satisfaction is a top priority. We highly recommend Mariposa Guesthouse and would definitely stay here again!

It is located central to the village, with businesses to eat and drink right in front of the building. Also, it was easy to park in front of it. The owner was extremely welcoming and has helped us plan the activities during our stay, which has saved our lives because we did not book the activities in advance, but she was able to find spots for us by calling her friends and contacts in the region.
