It is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host is great, very forthcoming. He asked us evening before, what we want for breakfast and next morning all was there, accompanied by freshly plucked apricots from own garden.

We loved everything. Daniela and Sabrina were fantastic hosts. The property is brand new and modern. The rooms are big and so nicely decorated. The breakfast was so good. You need a car to get here but if you are on a road trip, the road is so nice and the view stunning. I would give 20 out of 10 if possible.

Perfect location for exploring the town in a peaceful area. Bus service to the station right on the doorstep. Close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Clean comfortable rooms, very modern. The kitchen facility was a welcome bonus especially with use of the washing machine and drier. Andre was an excellent host. Only option to choose in Reggio Emilia!

Wonderful place, with a very friendly and helpful host. Old interior, beautiful historic style, but renovated on an absolutely modern standard. Location very central between train station and the historic city center. Reggio is not a standard destination but very much worth a visit. We’d come back any time.

We stayed at this property during our son's stay at the tennis academy in Sassuolo and highly recommend it. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. There was free parking at the building and a short distance away was an extremely good restaurant owned by the same owner and serving delicious Italian cuisine. Breakfast was available from 6 am. The staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this property again.
