The apartment is in excellent condition, well mentained and cozy. It’s just a few from a mall which has restaurants a shopping center. The host was kind, responsive and very professional. Just wrapped up my stay at United House Nairobi and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The location in the Gigiri diplomatic area felt incredibly safe, and the property itself is a lovely, peaceful villa surrounded by greenery – a real oasis. It was clear the place was recently renovated; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. My room was very comfortable, clean, and practical with a desk and a private bathroom (complete with slippers!). The free WiFi worked well. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary coffee, tea, and water available anytime, and the variety of board games for downtime. The breakfast was fantastic each morning – loved having options like pancakes, fruit, and a Full English. Beyond the great facilities, what really stood out was the welcoming atmosphere. They truly aim to create a 'home away from home' feel, and I felt very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend United House for anyone visiting Nairobi, whether for tourism or business.

A home away from home with well-sized rooms and comfy beds. The whole property is beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The garden is a lovely and relaxing oasis of flowers and plants, and the on-site Lebanese restaurant was delicious! We also loved the little shop that sells items made by local artists and artisans. Our only regret is that we didn’t have a longer stay!

Ladies at the desk and kitchen were very nice and helpful. For the breakfast you may choose (eggs, toasts ecc), the room is nice, clean, the bed is comfortable, TV works and the garden is nice. The area is extremely safe (surrounded by embassies, UN builiding and so on..), close to tea plantage Kiambethu (about 15 min drive), to the city centre it takes about 30-40 minutes drive by car.
