Fabulous stay, staff were very accommodating, beautiful villa with nice open spaces. Good view, and quiet neighborhood. A short walk to the main golf club as well if you need to grab a bite or play golf.

My wife and I spent two nights here, but as soon as we arrived, we wished we had stayed longer. This is honestly one of our favourite places that we have ever stayed. The location is stunning and it has the most incredible view. Amila, Laurence, Ruwan, were all incredibly friendly and made the experience even more special. And the owners, Sam and Anthony, made you feel right at home :) We can't wait to come back and stay even longer next time!

I really felt like my home in a different planet. You will feel like everything around you. You can bring your food and cook all the electric appliances are there ..i felt like staying more but i will go there again..very very very romantic atmosphere. The manager mr.Athula is always helpful. Absolute serenity and calmness very clean.

We enjoyed.the comfort and space of the Villa. The employees of the Villa, Raj and Akka made our stay extraordinary nice. They gave us a very warm welcome and were very helpful in organizing our trips, serving deliciois food and helped with any need we had. Especially our kids were embraced very well and as a family we really enjoyed our stay.

Had dinner at Kandy Calm Residence, and it was a fantastic experience. A proper home-cooked Sri Lankan meal with warm hospitality. The place is cozy and inviting, and the hosts incredibly welcoming. They took the time to explain each dish, where the ingredients come from, and how everything is made. You can tell they truly care about what they do. The food was outstanding. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and made with care. Every dish had the perfect balance of spices and home-style cooking, making the meal unforgettable. What made the dinner even more special was the personal touch, with thoughtful presentation and warm conversations with the hosts. It was more than just a meal; it was a true taste of Sri Lankan hospitality. The accomodation is spacious, well appointed, clean and well presented. Everything was awesome 😎. Staff very attentive and friendly. Comfortable room, lovely big bed, clean linen, etc etc... and having a kettle was a bonus. Breakfast was very nice.
