There are no words to describe this place—just book it and experience it yourself! Cleanliness is top-notch, meeting European standards. The beach feels almost private, and the food is absolutely delicious. It’s a peaceful and quiet retreat, yet just 3km away from the bustling Bentota if you're looking for more activities. Sea View Villa truly feels like heaven on earth, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that.

The room was basic but comfortable with AC and had everything we required. It was a short walk to the beach, which was actually really beautiful. Very quiet, very clean, soft sand, went for a few swims during our time there. We took the local bus from Galle and got the driver to drop us just out the front, and that was very convenient! The hosts were the kindest, the loveliest people we had the pleasure of meeting. Truly very kind and treated us like family. Delicious, plentiful breakfast (a plate full of delicious fruit not pictured) was included in our stay which we really appreciated. We only stayed for a night, but could have definitely stayed longer. Loved the town and loved the property!

I travel to Sri Lanka very often because it is my favourite destination, and this is my first visit to Villa Sidu. For me without doubt one of the best places that I have ever stayed in Sri Lanka. In Villa Sidu you are guaranteed the best Sri Lankan hospitality. It is owned and run by Himali, her husband Janaka, and also supported by daughter and son. It is a family orientated place to relax and enjoy. This family go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoy. Always willing to help and guide you to enjoy the surroundings. This accommodation is in Induruwa, and it is a peaceful village between the busy tourist hotspots Bentota and Hikkaduwa. Beautiful spacious, clean rooms with a balcony if you are on a top floor. There are AC rooms and well as non AC. Breakfast is also included, it is one of the finest breakfast to enjoy. If you like why not speak to Himali or Janaka and enjoy Sri Lanka’s tasty rice and curry. Don’t take my word, just try it. If you are looking for the Indian Ocean, look not far, it is just meters away from Villa Sidu. We like Villa Sidu so much, after an exhausting tour round Sri Lanka, we came back to Villa Sidu to enjoy and relax. We take this opportunity to thank Himali, Janaka and family for making our holiday comfortable than we expected. In our opinion Villa Sidu is a hidden Gem in Sri Lanka. Villa Sidu is not expensive at all.

LOVELY hosts who are ready to help you whenever you need something. The room is neat and clean and very nice. We stayed here for 7 nights and it was still too short. It is a walking distance to the beach where you can find sunbeds under palm trees and watch the sunset. Also the "beach boys" who rent out those sunbeds and make tours with you are a great crew, we had so much fun with them! Don't worry about the train noise. Yes, it's loud, but it my opinion it just belongs to Bentota and you will get used to it.

Excellent breakfast, limited options. Included fresh fruit platter, fresh juice, tea and coffee with eggs prepared as per request. Very boutique property, tastefully done, spacious rooms, clean. The decor with lights really changes the mood in the restaurant and pool in the evening. Friendly owners and competent team, equally friendly pooches :)

Fantastic place - with an exceptionally friendly staff. The service level was far higher than expected, and in a very welcoming manner. Our best stay so far! The host is so nice (and honest)! He gave us tips and you could ask him for anything (laundry service as well). We got breakfast and dinner (very nice, he's a good cook!). We also did the mangrove tour with him, he give us a fair price (prices online a way overpriced). We payed 7.500LKR and was a nice 2 hour tour. Really recommend this place. Few minutes walk to a really nice and quiet beach.
