Very nice family. Comforting. Bike for rent/use. Good and clean pool. Small, only 3 rooms and a bungalow. Beautiful area around. Safe. I love it! Suleka and boys I pray for you.

It was a very beautiful and peaceful place. Well located if you are visiting Yala national park. The place was very clean. We loved the common area. I would point out the hospitability of the hosts, Karen and Shanta were very attentive and lovely with us. 10/10 :)

Lovely place. Probably the nicest guesthouse we stayed in in that price range during our trip. Enjoyed the peaceful vibe after visiting some more busy touristy places previously. We also took their safari tour to Yala. The national park was really amazing.

Very nice and comfortable place. the staff are very well taken care of and prepare breakfast before an early safari. at the same time, the staff is also invisible, so you feel that the whole villa belongs to you (if there are no other guests). we spent most of our time on the terrace by the pool, meaning in the common area, which was very nice to be around.

The family that run Viveka are just wonderful. The actual property is superb, hidden behind a back road and opening up to a gorgeous rice paddy filled with exotic birds. The gardens that you can chill, sit and eat in are also so beautiful. We saw turtles in their river, it was really cool. The Safari they booked for us was AMAZING. Our guide was the first one at any leopard siting and just absolutely blew us away. We cannot recommend booking safari through Viveka enough. Our safari guide was called Sule.

I can not describe in words how the great thois property is !! Excellent people, super cleaness everywhere you look ( seems not to be in Sri Lanka), exotic location, nice pool, The owner is simply the best ! Its the best experience that I had in my 16 days in Sri Lanka I am highly, highly recommend this location for the excellent services provided and the human touch !

The best stay in Sri Lanka. The host was very attentive and kind. The room was very clean and big, and had a safari vibe🙂. The food was absolutely delicious - fish with pineapples was my favourite. The host organised our safari, wake us in early morning, gave us breakfast to go, and we had lunch after trip. We met an elephant on way back to hotel, and fed him with bananas. So I recommend not to eat bananas and save it for elephants) I’d recommend to stay there for 2 or 3 days, cause after safari you want to rest and lay in hammock. I”ll return to stay here, I’m sure)

    We actually only wanted to stay for two nights, after realizing that the accommodation and Sehan's care was an absolute jackpot. We immediately extended it for as long as possible. he fullfilled all our wishes, food is the best we have ever had, shehan showed us the authentic life, excursions and all-round service like in a 5 star hotel. We will be back definitely. shehan cares 24/7 for the guests, it’s a quiet Place - the beach feels like you are stranded at a private Island
