Stayed in a room for 1 adult with a full bed, and it was fantastic! The garden view from our room was so serene, and the air-conditioned room was a blessing after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Free WiFi worked perfectly for sharing our trip photos. Beautiful spot nestled in the beautiful nature with direct views of both Sigiriya Rock and Pidurangala Rock. Comfortable, clean and modern. Walking distance to Sigiriya Rock which was also huge bonus. Delicious meals prepared by Suman and his family. Suman went above and beyond to help us with our stay, we couldn’t recommend him enough!

Words cannot describe how special this home stay is. It is so affordable, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the location is perfect with restaurants at your doorstep and a view of Sigirya rock just outside the property. But the best part of this accomodation is the host family, who do everything to make your stay perfect and with genuine care. We also did a cooking class with mum and grandma which was so interesting and many laughs and the breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had. At the end we were so sad to leave but hope to return one day to stay again as we feel like family members. Thank you to Saji, your wife, parents and beautiful daughters for our amazing memories of Sri Lanka.

Amazing family, very helpful! .Owner Harsha very knowledgeable.They cooked a lovely dinner for us for a fair price. Organized the safari with the family and had the best experience. Very rich rooms with 5 star clean and with everything you need".larger bathroom with every needs.somany plants and flowers around the garden.they have their own fruit farm.inthe morning more birds sounds. We saw the peacock open the tail of our roof top. We recommended this place to others .

The location was walking distance from lion rock, the rooms was clean and exceeded our expectations. But the best part was the amazing hospitality and generosity exhibited by the owners. Very much recommended!

Our stay at Swan Lake Habarana was fantastic. Kalhara was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond—organizing a cultural evening, a great safari trip, and arranging tuk-tuks at fair prices. He helped with everything before, during, and after our stay. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by nature. The breakfast was also very good! Highly recommended!
