We had a wonderful time with such a lovely family! Warm welcoming and always with lovely attentions: fruit juices, tea, advices, tuktuk drives Also the food is amazing! 4 breakfasts and all were different and so good : hoppers, crepes, juices, fruits, burgers, Dahl, Rotti, noodles, toasts and more! The view is also amazing, we saw so many birds! After one week in Sri Lanka this is definetly the best guest house we have had so far. It is a bit far (walking) from the center but this is really not a problem. We highly recommend you to stay there We will miss it for sure

The view from the room is breathtaking. Breakfast at the balcony with the waterfall view is superb. The overall service is good and there’s a lot of privacy as you get the room all by yourselves. Everything else is new and well maintained.

Comfort ,Cleanliness and the amenities which they offered for this price not even expensive hotels will be provided. This one we got to know after experiencing other accommodation where we were in Sri Lanka. For Appleton Villa it’s all about service and caring while others only the money. Good location for exploring sorroundings, even though it is a bit far from the city centre. The owners are very nice, helpful and caring and the breakfast are just another level. We stayed 3 nights and we did a best choise we could in Nuwara Eliya.
