I recently stayed at Dar tiniri Guest House in Zagora, located in the desert surrounded by beautiful palm groves, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Ali welcomed us warmly with traditional tea and a big smile. His hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, the breakfast was incredible, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. After our meal, we enjoyed tea under the stars with the guesthouse lights off, creating a magical atmosphere. The night sky, filled with countless sparkling stars, resembled a luminous carpet. I also booked an excursion with Mr. Ali, which included a night in a very comfortable tent in the desert, complete with shower and toilet facilities. The experience was incredible. We enjoyed a delicious dinner by the fire, accompanied by traditional music, while the stars shone brightly above us like a carpet in the sky. It was a magical and unforgettable evening. Although I stayed only one night at Dar Teneri Guest House, I am already planning to return for a longer stay—perhaps a week—to fully enjoy everything Mr. Ali has to offer. Whether it’s trekking, yoga with friends, or simply relaxing, this place is perfect. Thank you, Mr. Ali, for an incredible experience.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Morocco. For the price I couldn’t believe how amazing the place was! Absolutely beautiful surroundings, really cool building, rooms were super clean, rooms smelled nice, and good showers & toilet. Staff was so kind and helpful and we even had a free tour at the end of our first night. I could have stayed here for at least a week. It was great.

We highly recommend this stunning place. The beautiful decor of the rooms and the amazing architecture of the house will leave you in awe. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. You won't regret choosing this place for your stay. The location is great and quiet being at the edge of town. The best thing is the covered outdoor lounge and gardens for chilling, and there is also a rooftop for stars at night. For this reason I give more stars. As per below, I would recommend the bigger rooms if its too hot. The staff were very nice, and also gave me a ride to the taxi station.

Absolute gem of a place off the main street through Zagora. Such a warm welcome with Moroccan tea and a lovely garden area with lots of seating and places to sit. We only stayed one night and Mohamed cooked us an amazing meal - soup, tagine and a lovely yogurt desert, all inside by the log fire as the temperature dropped at night. We were also very pleased with breakfast - a selection of pastries and bread, tea or coffee and yogurt. This was a perfect stay for us.

Everything. The staff were incredible and welcoming, the room was very spacious, and the location is right outside the busier parts of town so you could even walk to shops and cafes without hearing the city noise in the kasbah itself. Their recommendations for food in town were also immaculate. Overall one of my best stays in Morocco, hands down (and that is a difficult league to beat!).

Kasbah Mashallah is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Tagounite, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge.

Wonderfully quiet location. All clean and very nicely presented. Aseed and his colleague looked after us so very well. Mashallah - indeed. Lovely food too.

It was clean and comfortable with spacious rooms, also it is a short way back from the main road, so it is quiet and tranquil. The host was knowledgable, helpful and laid-back. Altogether this is a nice little oasis.
