My fiancé and I stayed at La Maison de Tanger for 4 beautiful nights. We were in Tangier for a wedding at Villa Mabrouka at the weekend, but came to stay at La Maison to get to know Tangier beforehand. The entire staff made us feel so comfortable and welcome, especially Sandra and Oussama who came to feel like friends very quickly. Our bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower very good, and the decor is absolutely gorgeous. We also took advantage of the hammam and had gommage and massage treatments which were really lovely and we’d highly recommend. It was hardly cold by English standards but as soon as the slightest chill hit the air a roaring fire would be lit in the dining room to make sure it was extra cosy. We liked it so much that on our final day, after the wedding, we came back to say goodbye and nurse our hangovers by the peaceful pool. The owners of the hotel also happened to be in town when we were visiting and seemed like lovely people, and it was a delight to experience in their Tangier dream!

What can I say.. everything was just exceptional. But what I mostly loved is how the staff is so caring and attentive. Everyone makes sure the stay goes smoothly. Loved my recent stay with a friend at Villazancot! The property and its location was amazing. But what I loved the most, was the exceptional staff! So attentive and caring. Norbert food is amazingly delicious, and Salah is just the service person representation. He definitely loves what he does and he made our stay fabulous. We definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a clean place, decorated with taste, stunning location and super friendly, but yet respectful staff. We look forward to coming back.

The hosts are really profesional, they speak fluently English!!! They served breakfast (even during Ramadan), so it shows how they respect their guests needs, and even vegan options was available. You can ask ant help for them, they are open to hear you and are ready to help. They booked me a drive to the airport at 3.30 am and even was ready to wake me up. The room was super clean, and you can choose - whether you want your room to be cleaned that day, or not (if you feel like you need more privacy). There was a balcony with a super nice view!! Thank you guys! Good luck in life and bussiness! 🩷

    Services, included dinner, were all of first class. The garden is an oasis of mesmerising beauty and tranquility in the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The structure is a villa full of echoes from the colonial and literary past of Tangier. I appreciated being upgraded in a larger room. Youssef, the hotel manager, takes care of everyone and everything in a charming way and he is the real soul of the hotel.

    Location especially when arriving and departing. We had the suite on the top floor with private balcony which we can’t highly recommend enough. Fabulous view across Tangier with a glass of wine at night. Quiet. But most of all the attention to detail in interior design of the building was phenomenal. We stayed an extra night but had to change rooms. Again could not fault. Excellent wifi and the staff were always helpful happy and smiling.

    Very nice and stylish property, really close to everything you need (city center,medina, port, grand socco) the staff it’s very friendly and helpful for everything, and they even organised a private tour for us to see and visit all the main attractions in the city at a quite cheap price ! Also the property it’s very clean and very silent. I high recommend staying here in Tanger! 😁
