Loved how the second you walk in, you've become part of this family's story. It's a very very new hostel having only opened up last July, and the hosts have done a stellar job! The free breakfast is wonderful, the riad is beautiful, and everything is kept neat and tidy. For $8 this place is AMAZING!! It was great to stay with a family local to Tetouan, it was very relaxed and sweet to be there. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of!

Fatima looked after us extremely well .The breakfast was superb, We were disappointed with the access to the sauna and the hot tub.It wasn’t a hot tub as the water was cold and no way of heating it and a two hour notice needed to be given to use the sauna by phone

From the initial communication to the minute I left, I felt like a very welcomed member of the family not a guest! The son and mother team - Bader and Zora are amazing! They genuinely care that you are taken care of, feel at home, and have all you need. They go above and beyond to look after you and it was so appreciated. The riad is lovely, the place has thoughtful touches - room heater, hair dryer, rugs on the floor, side lamps for tables, it's the little things that make all the difference. Towels were spotless and fluffy, bedding pristine and when I got lost/locked out - they just help with a big smile on their faces. I cannot recommened this riad and the family enough. Take breakfast at the fathers riad a few minutes away - he is just as lovely as his son and wife! The views from the breakfast area are incredible, the breakfast excellent value and the wifi strong enough for me to use for my work. Thanks for letting me do so! Very good ambience, The people from The Riad are very Nice, friendly and ready to help. We had The opportunity to meet local Nice people that come to The Riad in The night for a drink and a little play of damas or chess. We where here in The Time of ramadan, witch the people from The riad Gave us The experience of sharing the first meal of The day with them even knowing that we where not doing ramadan. That was beautiful. Thanks só mush for all. Definitily a place to recommend and comeback!

Fantastic Hotel! Since 2006, I have been four times in this Hotel, and allways with a super positive impressions and experiencies! Really a very confortable, safe, clean, quiet, and very well located Hotel, with a hiper helpful and friendly staff, and all for a very low price ! This time, when I have got a problem with my car, the Manager went out of his way, in order to solve my concern in a recomendable and very profitional car shop, and in the end I have got a more than symbolic bill ! What could we look better ? Definitively, I will came again and again, all the times, I will be in Tetouan!
