Location is always an important factor when choosing where to stay. I was looking for a quiet and safe neighbourhood with shops offering local products, and good access to the main attractions — and Sunlight House had all of these qualities. It’s located close to the beach, stunning cliffs, and a long promenade that leads to the charming centre of Marsaskala, full of restaurants, bars, and shops. The owner made sure the property was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. He is friendly, open, discreet, and very helpful. He also shares fascinating insights about local curiosities, Malta, and its history.

Very comfortable stay! Beautiful, cozy room with balcony-despite the fact it was towards the street there was good sound isolation, so you can get a good sleep. Location is perfect as well, very convenient for travel to the most of places on Malta. One small minus-were no tea bags, although lots of coffee sachets.

My stay was simply perfect. I chose this hotel to visit Malta but especially to rest.     Great location, opposite from the sea, very nice view, renovated bedroom, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, quiet area. I feel like I live in a small, quiet village opposite the sea. I swam a couple of times and enjoyed our breakfast. We would like to visit this place again but only if we stay in the room with a balcony and front view to the sea. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes living in a nice area

    It is far from the main attractions, but taxi transport is cheap and great. The accommodation is on the waterfront, in a very quiet, beautiful location. The breakfast is great. The staff is very kind and helpful, I can only recommend it if you want to stay in a quiet place.

    Charming and relaxed town - so glad we came to stay! TJ Boutique was a perfect, clean, comfortable way to end our visit in Malta and was less than 20 mins from the airport. We were great location to walk to salt flats and St Thomas bays, we swam in the pool at the near by hotel, we walk all along the waterfront and ate great food. Great communication with friendly managers. In room facilities were clean and generous.
