There was no breakfast...and no restaurant. However, there was a kitchen for use by the residents. I was able to easily walk to meetings at the Lake Chapala Society and to restaurants.

Wonderful place, was like being at home, a real family atmosphere. Everyone sat around the one breakfast table so all the guests got to know each other. Lucy and the ladies were fantastic and couldn't do enough. Lovely garden with water fountains and humming birds hovering around flowers

The property is very pretty with nice landscaping and views to the lake from it's elevated location. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The beds and pillows in Room 4 were comfortable (linens were not). The property is quiet. Staff was very friendly. Nice having a full kitchen on-site with a refrigerator to use for personal cold bottled water. Garrafon water provided 24/7. Pool and jacuzzis for those who want them (we did not). Nice outdoor covered patio, and sunny lounge area around the pool as well.

Great location for walking into the village where there is everything one needs. Bonus is the location is also close to the mountain for morning mountain walks. Room was accurately depicted in the photos. The property is small but somehow rambling and charmingly rustic. Hosts who live on the property and other guests are quiet and respectful of privacy and facilitate a peaceful environment. Perfect for solo woman traveler.
