We stayed for 2 nights at the mermaid and the pearl and fully enjoyed our time on the island. Anna is a wonderful host and very helpful to understand the island and what there is fun to to. She also organized our snorkeling trip and it was really cool! The room was very clean and spacious and we felt very welcome in the house. The pool on the terrace is a nice plus and one of the best beaches was right around the corner. We definitely recommend staying at Anna's Mermaid and the Pearl.

The place is very well located between both beaches. The staff is super nice and helpful. Very clean and comfy room. Highly recommend it.

Perfect location just minutes walking from Playa Norte (one of the best beaches on the island). We stayed in a brand new king room with a view of the beach and our own private balcony -- with a beautifully designed interior. Casa Alkimia is right above a delicious brunch spot, too, so we went there daily every morning. The staff (Andrea especially) was extremely helpful in helping us find the best local spots and answered all of our questions about Cancun, Isla Mujeres. Same experience I would expect from a "host" but with hotel-style cleanliness and service. Our room was always clean, the towels were replaced frequently, and our entire stay went off without a hitch. 100% would recommend and we will be back.

Perfect location if you want to be a 7 minute walk from Playa Norte but not in the middle of the quite noisy bar scene at night. Clean and comfortable.

We couldn't have found any better place to stay in Mexico. Right beside the beautiful beach. Really peaceful area and super safe. Everything was just like we expected and even more. We will defenetly come back here. ♥️
