On arrival, my interaction with staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was clean and orderly. The restaurant indoor and outdoor area was just beautiful. It was not clear during booking that the apartment is a shared apartment. The room was smelling and the toilet wasn't very clean. I have to leave the place after 2hours to get another service apartment
