Good facility with plenty of solar powered hot water, clean, well situated at the center if Kathmandu, away from the more touristy Thamel, very safe. A genuine Nepalese experience in a great neighbourhood. I stayed February/March 2025 and only left because it was fully booked beyond the dates I initially booked. Im hopeful its available next trip! Bobby owns and operates the place and made my stay awesome, picked me up from the airport and took me to many places it would have been difficult to arrange to go to; showed me all the essential shops in the area (theres a great convenience store downstairs) and gave me many tips on how to navigate the city's peculiarities. Thanks, Bobby! See you next year!

We stayed in a big room in traditional style. It was so cosy that it felt like home. Nice room, comfortable bed and even an electric blanket and gas stove. Fantastic! The host and his family are very helpful and friendly. It is located in a quiet area in walking distance from the Pātan Durbar Square and the restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, very central yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the area. Babu and the staff were really friendly from the beginning and made me feel at home. The place has a beautiful garden and it's just next to the tourist bus stop. Very close to the centre of Thamel but still nice and quiet at night. Hope to come back here again.

The owner and the staff were incredibly helpful and very welcoming. They were always ready to answer questions and give directions and even recommended a good restaurant and timing for momo. The owner also helped me to book the tourist bus without charging any commission. The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained. I love my short stay here. I will definitely reserve a stay here if I ever visit Kathmandu again.
