I had a great time during my 3 days stay at Fort Guesthouse, its located in old town Mutrah and its a 7 min. walk to the souq and restaurants. The owner is friendly and the caretakers Mubarak and Nihara are so kind and helpfull and took great care of me while I was there. Would stay there again if coming back to Muscat.

The kindness of the owner, price quality, the luxiourous homestay etc. I can name a lot more positive aspects about this homestay. We landed in Muscat airport at 05:00 AM. We didn’t wanted to sleep in the airport so I saw this online and booked it. We we’re all tired and we’re praying that the owner would let us in around 06;00 AM. We called the owner once we’ve had arrived and from that moment, the stay was amazing. We recommend this stay to everyone!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The place is situated in a strategic location within an extremely elegant and well-kept area, offering both tranquility and easy access to everything you might need. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, making sure that every detail was perfect. The breakfast served in the room was absolutely delightful and a great way to start the day. The accommodation itself was spotless, with ample spaces and a welcoming atmosphere that radiated warmth and friendliness. I will definitely return in the future and will highly recommend this gem to all my friends in Oman.
