All was clean and nicely prepared. The main for our child was hot tub! Wich we also have enjoyed. Ouner Tetiana was very friendly and neat. Vacation 90% of vacation was done due to this apartment!

We spent very little time at the property (literally only slept there), but absolutely no complaints - the room was huge, perfectly clean, great bathroom, they were flexible with check in and even offered to pack us a breakfast box because our flight was too early to take advantage of the buffet. Would definitely recoomend!

Stunning property - the attention to detail in the decor is really fabulous. It’s a lovely combination of traditional architecture and decor with modern features where needed (like the bathrooms). The breakfast was very pleasant and had lots of options. The location in the city is excellent - right in the historic centre.

The overall stay was great and the breakfast was amazing! The staff was super nice and always ready to make your stay on the island as comfortable as possible. The village of Livramento is right next to Ponta Delgada and a great hub to get to know the whole island (with a car).

    Room door leading directly to the pool and garden and our little table on a terrace ♥️ During the afternoon we had the pool just for ourselves, it was best relax. Couldnt have pick better for our last days on Sao Miguel. Price was higher for us but worth it! We also did get private bathroom although in reservation it was written shared. Much appreciated. We made use of the living room too.

    Was lovely big house, well equipped. Pool area was very quiet, hot tub took a couple of days to heat up, but was really nice when it did. Had arrival basket of bread, jam, milk, biscuits, coffee and tea. There was a washing machine to use complete with liquid to help ourselves to. Had a private bathroom, although I had to walk past 2 bathrooms and upstairs to access mine, so allocation of bathrooms could have been better.
