Friendly owner. I booked a room with a shared bathroom and they gave me a room with a private bathroom, overlooking the ocean and New York. When I woke up, I immediately saw the sunrise and the ocean.

Very well located, bautiful view on the Hudson river and Manhattan Skyline which is a delight for the eyez be it early in the mornig or late at night. The manager is very kind, always helpful and going beyond what one may expect. The accomodations although not the youngest are roomy and relatively quiet. The manager does his best t o accomodate his guests the best he can, the spaciaous terrace outfront is a delight for breakfast or dinner. Truly would recomend this B&B.

Cheaper than Manhattan. But still not cheap enough. Great view of Manhattan from the front steps

Nice relaxed (suburban like) place with an amazing skyline view. I've enjoyed breakfast (8-9 a.m.) at the big dining hall table and a short chat with guests or host Mo. For me shared sanitary facilities were OK. A good start for either enjoying Staten Island (e.g. Allice Austen House opposite the street, Snug Harbor, Hist. Richmond Town, South Beach, Fort Wadsworth) or Manhattan / other parts of NY - if you are not in a hurry! Public transport round the corner. Really quiet night. ♡ Recommended!

The owner of the property met us when we arrived later than expected. Was warm, welcoming and more than happy to help us. Room was great, quiet, clean and Staten Island gave us some much needed peace each night after being in Manhattan all day. Bus to the ferry was a 2 minute walk from the hotel, transfer times are in sync so no waiting. Host told us where we could buy bus and metro cards from. Lots of information provided by him. Can't wait to come back! Thank you for your hospitality

Great location and access to many arrears. 3-4 minutes to the bus stop and a few minutes by bus to the ferry. Ferry takes about 30 minutes to Manhattan. The Bed and Breakfast is next to Hudson River, and at night Manhattan skyline is brilliant and beautiful to see.
