The dining area was decorated for the Christmas season with Santa as well as a beautiful manger scene. The owner greeted us and treated us like good friends. She made us the most delicious homemade breakfast. It was a Sunday morning so she told us housekeeping would not be cleaning our room until Monday~ she said we could stay all day and enjoy Tybee and not worry about checking out at 11:00😁 she also reminded us that bikes were parked right outside available at not charge to take and explore the island😁

We enjoyed meeting the other couple that was there. We enjoyed the wine and cheese on the porch. We liked how close we were to the beach. We enjoyed Shelly and her mom - they were so welcoming and helpful in recommending local attractions.

It was GREAT. Next time we visit this town we will return. For sure. The breakfast was SUPERB!! Even if it is located in the historical distric it was quiet and easy to find parking. 100% secure.

A delicious breakfast was prepared and served each by our friendly efficient hostess Nicole. The location of the Inn was perfect for walking to excellent restaurants, shopping and the exciting river front. The Inn was exceptionally clean and had generous offerings of yummy fresh baked cookies, chocolates or wine.

    Beachview Inn and Spa does not only have wonderful, clean facilities it is like taking a step back in time. It was so peaceful and quaint. I can not imagine a better place to stay. We will certainly be staying there in the future if we are to go back to Tybee Island. The staff was welcoming, friendly and eager to help with any and everything. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them to anyone!

    The interior of the main house was very nice, great antiques. We stayed in the Ophelia suite and it was cheery , had a small refrigerator and private bath. Smokey was very helpful and added to enjoyment of the property. The location is good, just a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Breakfast was very good and drinks were available all afternoon in the same area. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.
