we had a wonderful long weekend at Trappers. It felt like staying in a tiny cowboy town with all the comfort and sense for the little details that made it special. Caroline made us feel home from minute one. It was a good base for our day trips to the Canyon. Rooms are big and comfortable, nothing left to wish for.

Charming, cozy, friendly, extremely clean. The perfect place to enjoy a trip to the Gran Canyon or Arizona. The hosts are polite, friendly the make feel at home. I’ll be back.

The breakfast was fantastic, hot scrambled eggs and sausage patties, a wafflemaker (which worked perfectly) muffins, juices, coffee, a countertop fridge full of yogurt, cream cheese, and butter packets, cereals, apples, overall it was a pretty great sight to see early in the morning before I hit the road again. Everything was clean, too. I didn't use the pool, so I can't speak to that, but I did see people swimming in it. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Parking was easy.

The history of the property and the location are just brilliant. Our room was number 4, lovely and clean, spacious and with modern amenities but steeped in original history. The self check-in and check out was really smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Williams.
