Location was great, 2 minute walk to beachfront and shopping mall with restaurants. Secure parking on site. Room was spotless and very comfortable bed, but best of all was the warm welcome by Pat and Gill who were so informative and friendly and even gave us freshly baked cake on arrival!

Whistlewood is an excellent guesthouse. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The breakfast facilities are great with loads of choice and while you make it yourself there is loads to choose from. The honesty bar is fabulous and although we didn't use it the choice and value are great.

We had a wonderful stay at Taunton Cottage & Mews. We slept so good in the large bed. Quite neighbourhood with locked garage for the car. And then there was Roy who welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine. The attention to detail in the appartement and his warm personality are unreal. Amazing experience from my checkin to my checkout. Hosts & staff were friendly, professional and so helpful. I felt like the atmosphere of the guesthouse was so serene and relaxing, the music was also a great touch during breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and there was such a variety. Great location!
