Absolutely an amazing place. Fantastic hoasts. Brilliantly clean and comfortable. A car is required as the address indicates its on top of a mountain. Perfect views just stunning all round.

We had the pleasure of spending one night at Residence William French in March. From the moment we arrived Primrose made us feel at home and did everything in her power to make our stay special. Dinner was a very romantic affair and the food was excellent. The Blue Room was stunning, every piece of furniture bespoke, large spacious bed with luxurious linen and the most magnificent views!

We had such a lovely room with a gorgeous view to the ocean. Delicious breakfasts every morning. It was a short walk across the meadow to restaurant and coffee shop and beach. We didn’t move our car for the three days we were there, we enjoyed pottering around Kommetjie and along the beautiful beach.

The owner of the place Mr Garth was very welcoming and a very interesting person to talk to. The view and location were really amazing. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but when we return to South Africa we will definitely go back there! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
