The hotel is easily accessible through public transport and is located at central location. The establishment has a very cosy and welcoming energy. The owners - Erwin and Daniela were very helpful and pleasent. The breakfast is not a grand bouquet of varied cuisines, but everyday a specially curated dish is served. Freshly baked rye bread, butter from the alps, home-grown honey, fruit jam, seasonal fruits, cherry tomatoes, grape juice, and a curated collection of green tea & coffee is available everyday. It was lovely to interact with other guests on the breakfast table. Daniela was exceptionally helpful in suggesting some authentic Viennese activities to make my trip even more memorable.

All rooms are soundproofed and have a private bathroom, satellite TV and offer views of the garden. Some rooms are styled according to specific themes like the Alps or Hundertwasser. Free wired internet is available in the public areas of the guest house. Everything went wel, Susanne is a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and so interesting, a traditional one. Very nice!!! Breakfast was also very good.

Located right off Vienna’s main shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße, K+T Boardinghouse offers spacious rooms with traditional high ceilings and parquet floors. Free WiFi is available, and a chargeable parking garage is located behind the property. My sister and I stayed at K+T Boardinghouse for two nights, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Vienna and also easy to reach from the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thank you to the wonderful hostess, Tina. She truly went above and beyond for us. Although our flight arrived early in the morning, she graciously allowed us to check in early and had the room ready for us by 12:00, which was so appreciated after traveling. Her kindness and hospitality really made a difference in our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna—great value, fantastic location, and outstanding service!

Within 7 minutes on foot, the Museum Quarter can be reached. The picturesque Spittelberg Area, where guests can find bars, restaurants and cafés, is just 200 metres away. Schönbrunn Palace can be reached within 20 minutes by public transports. It is exactly as shown in pictures. Beautiful building on the outside and inside. Very good location with metro and tram being super close. Also it is 2 min walk from a street full of stores and restaurants. The owner was really helpful and kind when communicating. There is a common space where you have coffee/tea or use the fridge.

Big room, one king bed and a one person bed. Very clean. We didn’t had view to the street so no noise. Central location. The host was kind enough to check us in even if we arrived at 1 am. Great value for money, we got exactly what we payed for. Don’t expect 4 seasons or Ritz for this price, people should learn to calibrate their expectations.

I appreciate there were no stairs to our room, so we could go with the stroler right inside. Nicely equiped shared kitchen, we could make a tea and coffee and store our food in a shared fridge. We found everything we need, got a nice big room full of light and also a baby crib for free. Supermarkets, bakeries 2 minutes walk from hotel. I would come again and recommand this to my friends.
