This oasis in the middle of Winterthur was completely delightful, beatiful property with historical significance and within walking distance from train and buses. Close to the historic Old Town of Winterthur. Our hosts were wonderful, lots of knowledge of the area and very willing to share their knowldge if requested. Breakfast was great, all organic, and lots of room to dine. Added bonus; we stayed here at the end of our trip and it was just a short train ride from Zurich Airport for our return flight.

They immediately made me feel right at home, were very friendly, and extraordinarily helpful finding the best bicycle route between the bnb and the Rhine Falls. The bnb was very clean and the breakfast was ample. But most of all it was their friendliness that made this place special. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay there.

There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. What a beautiful stay it was. Unfortunately just for 1 night since it was a car road trip stop, but would love to come back one day! Very peaceful area, surrounded by nature and inside the house is just a package of warm and welcoming energy. The hosts were super nice! The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional with freshly baked bread, local selection of cheese, farmers eggs and home made marmalade. Also my dog was very friendly welcomed. Thank you very much for everything, I wish I could return tomorrow:)
