You definitely get the authentic Colombian experience. We enjoyed are week stay:) I’m gonna miss it and look forward to a return visit:)

The accommodation provides a housekeeping service, private check-in and check-out and organising tours for guests. It was an amazing experience, full immersion in the nature. You can only reach this gem by boat. Waking up with the sound of the waves. Fresh fish every meal. We did various tours organised by the staff. Adrian and Lina are wonderful, always ready to help and share their knowledge with us. They organised for us the whale tour, we saw the whales and the dolphins as well, it was breathtaking. There are 3 dogs and a beautiful cat in the hostal, super sweet.

Great space, full of green, not far from the port. The family running it were super nice and welcoming. They created a very comfortable atmosphere. The dorms were comfortable and clean. Fans ran on solar, so no problem with the power outages. Away from the noisy areas in the evening.

Monica was super attentive to us from before we arrived, helping us organize tours and activities and providing suggestions. The room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the social areas/deck for relaxing in the afternoons. Good breakfast considering the lack of options for ingredients in El Valle. We really enjoyed our stay at El Morro!
