Our room was very pleasant, the furniture and objects were chosen with great taste, the shower was very comfortable, and the bed allowed us to enjoy a truly restful night. The breakfast room is the jewel of the place: the furniture and tableware are beautiful, the cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, and jams are delicious, the warm bread releases a gentle steam when broken, and Gunnar is busy in the kitchen preparing pancakes. The hosts are charming—we hope to return someday, as they have created a haven of peace and good taste. The region also has some very interesting towns, such as Aabenraa with its fascinating harbor. Very helpful owner - we were held up for over 2 hours driving through Germany and there was no problem with our later than intended check in - he even took the time to phone me back when I couldn't get through the first time. Very good and varied breakfast with local or home made produce - including lovely pancakes with rhubarb compote. Very spacious and comfy room. Though the bathroom and toilet were shared with two other rooms, this was in no way an issue. Definitely recommend this B&B for travellers.
