It is situated 2 km from El Ejido Park and features a 24-hour front desk. The property is 300 metres from Sucre Theatre, and within 1.1 km of the city centre. The hotel was beautiful, just like on the pictures. The rooms are super clean, the beds - very comfy, the breakfast - very tasty. The best part was however the people - Maria, Mari and everyone else were so kind and helpful - truly above and beyond.

The view from the hostel is just stunning, the food delicious, the blankets are warm, the owners and workers such nice people. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and artistically unique. The breakfast was tasty!

They were generous with their time, helping us organise trips and making sure we saw the best of the area. The food in their restaurant was fantastic. fresh, homemade and perfect after a day hiking. What made it extra special was their warmth and care. It felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel. We left with wonderful memories of Cotopaxi and real appreciation for the people who made our trip so memorable. Highly recommend!

I really like many aspects of this hotel. First of all, the hotel is very very clean, which gives a sense of comfort and peace of mind. There is a large palm tree in the courtyard, creating a beautiful and elegant environment that makes you feel relaxed and calm. The hostess is very friendly, and her warmth and hospitality make you feel at home. The breakfast is very delicious, especially the fried eggs, which are simply superb, giving me a wonderful start to each day. Overall, this is an ideal place to stay.

Guests can dine in the in-house family-friendly restaurant, which specialises in Italian cuisine and also offers vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options. Very friendly people, clean and spacious room.

Great dinner (three course, if you count the small dessert!) and breakfast, beautiful location with stunning views over the canyon, and the nicest hosts on the whole Quilotoa loop! Absolutely recommend this place! For a small fee they also offer a wonderful turkish steam bath with fresh eucalyptus and herbs from the area, which is super nice after the strenuous hike.
