Mostafa and all his staff are amazing. They are all very kind to the guests and trying to make them feel comfortable. You cannot beat their location if you want to be close to the pyramids. Even the big Marriott Hotel is just across the street here. The room was quiet and the was very comfortable. Besides they serve pretty good breakfast with tea or coffee in accordance with your preference. I would stay again definitely!

Ready to help in any way. I got the room which had Pyramid view which was wonderful. This hotel is on 3rd floor but they carried our luggage to the room. The room was very clean, Bathroom also clean. Toiletary and towel everything available. Staff was available all the time ready to help. They have another hotel where you can enjoy Pyramid view during breakfast. Good quality breakfast . I loved the variety of cheese and egg. Close to many restaurants and other convenient stores.

Although he speaks little English, Hany and Hussein both speak excellent English. They are very helpful to accommodate our dining and room needs and kindly consult us about trips around Cairo. The breakfast and dinner are very nice, and the staff adapted to our needs for occasional early breakfast at 6 am. The pyramid view is gorgeous, location is perfectly accessible for hotel pickups for several tours and Uber. By the time of our travel (Dec 2024), the hotel is preparing to expand from 20 to ~50 rooms. Wish them a lot of success!

An elder women welcomed us she has such a great smile gave us dates as welcome gift. Hana is very communicative person and reached us before we went to their place. Even offered is to make Turkish coffee. Rooms are very nice equipped with mini fridge and beds are so comfortable. Beautiful view on the terrace and Its really the best option for its price. Pyramids are so nearby (which you can go very early to avoid crowds.) They kept our luggages safe till we wait for our bus. Very trustworthy and warm people.

Great location close to the pyramids and other destinations so didn’t have to drive for hours every day. Roof was furnished so could enjoy the view with a drink and some food. Everyone working there were really friendly and nothing seemed like too much hassle for them, booked all of our days/nights out through reception with all guides and drivers very knowledgeable and great to chat with
