Every detail had been thought of; two pieces of lemon drizzle cake in the room as a welcome was a lovely touch. The room is beauitfully appointed, very spacious with views on the beautiful grounds that surround the house, and it's own separate entrance (only the Balmain room has this I think) The bed is huge and super comfortable, we slept so well. The bathroom is also spacious and luxurious. Breakfast is made to order each morning, in addition to a breakfast buffet that you can help yourself to. Louise bakes all the cakes herself and they are superb. This is a stay I will always remember.

Situated in Dufftown, in a historic building, 22 km from Huntly Castle, Abbeyfield B&B is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. The guest house, set in a building dating from 19th century, is 29 km from Elgin Cathedral and 33 km from Leith Hall Garden & Estate. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Breakfast was excellent. The room is beautiful and very big, decoration is exquisite. There are a couple of restaurants quite near. There is also a beautiful living room with a nice fire place. You can park the car in the street. Kira, the host is so friendly and nice!! (Also speaks spanish) Can't find the words to describe this beautiful place enough!!

Lyn and Lee were fabulous hosts and offered above and beyond. Room was more spacious than anticipated with private bath. Quiet even with being on the main road. Delicious breakfast and even vegetarian options (including vegetarian haggis)! And having tea and coffee in the room was nice to have.

One of the best BBs we have stayed in, everything was spot on, the room, breakfast, our host and proximity to the bay. Cant fault anything. Word of warning...... the breakfast is huge and so good. Most definitely stay again.

Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Room small but cozy and comfortable. Could not get a better location, charming village, great restaurants, on the river spey, lovely walks.

Superb B&B in historic estate village with large park c2 Square miles in size. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Bus stop across from B&B but limited service.

What a wonderful place to stay. Natali and Tony were the perfect hosts; helpful, kind and caring. We loved our stay here and would go back tomorrow.
