Despite being in the city, the area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which made for very relaxing mornings and restful nights. There are also a couple of grocery stores just a 2-minute walk away, which was really convenient. The property itself is spotless and feels brand new, with a sleek, modern design that’s both stylish and comfortable. We also really appreciated the secure parking garage, especially since parking can be tricky in Rovinj. Aside from the great location, modern amenities, and quiet atmosphere, the real highlight was the host. He was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready with local tips and recommendations. He made us coffee several times a day and even offered complimentary drinks, which he often enjoyed with the guests, creating a very friendly and social atmosphere. There’s a lot of attention to detail here—from the comfortable beds and high-quality furnishings to the relaxed, homey vibe throughout the villa. It was our first time in Rovinj, and staying at Vila Grace made it a perfect experience. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we visit!

A beautiful spot in a tiny village to relax but everything you need is only a few minutes away by car. We loved the yard with the olive trees! We spent our first night of vacation here as a stop over and couldn’t have been more perfect. The bed was so comfy, the rooms was gorgeous and spacious, our dog was very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and more than we could have wished for. It was the perfect start into a vacation for us.
