Located within the UNESCO-protected Plitvice Lakes National Park, in the picturesque Plitvica Selo, Plitvice Falls Cottage features air-conditioned rooms, free private parking and views of the surrounding countryside. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. The rooms were big and very very very comfortable. With Ritual brand shampoos and nice-soft bedding, towels. The food you have to preorder and it was so fresh. Like from the farm. Organic! The cottage is a little far from the entrance 1 or 2 of the Plitvice Falls, but worth the money. As it is very peaceful. The host, receptionist was very service-oriented. When you travel with kids, you need nice people around.

Free private parking is available on site. Excellent location, easy to find. Welcoming staff, answering all our questions. Great help for someone first time there. Very good recommendation from the staff for restaurants. Both were excellent. Excellent breakfast, great choice of everything. Very clean room and house. Great value for money!

All rooms have a private bathroom, with slippers and free toiletries. Breakfast was superb and so was the dinner we had at their restaurant. Staff extremely helfpul and friendly. If you are visting the nearby national park, a must place to stay as it is very close.

We booked the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. It was very spacious with a lovely outlook across a grassy area where the pet goats wandered during the day. The room was exceptionally clean with a lovely bright decor. The beds were comfy. Parking was plentiful. It was great to leave the car at the property and it was only a short walk to Entrance 1 ready for a 7am entry to Plitvice National Park. It was definitely worth getting up early as we virtually had the park to ourselves before the buses started arriving around 9.30am Unfortunately we missed having breakfast but our evening meal was very tasty if a little expensive.

The Guesthouse Sara is located in Grabovac, about 6 km from the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It features a spacious terrace.

It offers en-suite rooms with air-conditioning, satellite TV, private bathroom with shower, free Wi-fi and free on-site parking. Great location, only 10 mins from entry 1 for Plitvice. Nice clean comfy apartments. Breakfast was awesome. Will stay again.

The charming villa is close to a ski lift and the ski slopes. Guests can enjoy the garden while the children have fun at the playground. The property also offers a terrace. It was around a 25 minute trail walk to get to entrance 2. Location was really good and everything was clean and comfy. You can grab the buses 150mt away from the guesthouse to Zadar, Split, Zagreb. Staff were very nice and helpful. Loved everything about our stay here.

House Tina is situated in the peaceful village of Grabovac, a 10-minute drive from the UNESCO-listed Plitvice Lakes National Park. It features free WiFi and a large garden with a swimming pool.

Guests can start their day with a rich breakfast consisting of local products and various beverages. The property also sells tickets to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. We had bed and breakfast, but we tried one evening the dinner and it was excellent. Tasteful, well prepared, served on rational time. The pool looks fine but in May was not in real use. The staff was very polite, willing to help and improve the service (for example coffee on pool beds afternoon or if you want omelette for breakfast). Location is several km from Plitvice lakes in very relaxing environment, access by car is easy with own parking space, no crowd around.

Everything was freshly prepared, and we were especially impressed by the baked goods, all made from scratch by one of the staff members. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, always with a friendly smile. One of the most surprising and generous touches was the complimentary evening drinks, which added a special and unexpected touch to our evenings. As our stay came to an end, we were given a warm and personal farewell, complete with a thoughtful little gift as a memento of our time at the B&B. This gesture truly capped off what was an already wonderful experience. Overall, our visit to this B&B exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail, the high level of service, and the genuine hospitality made it a stay we won’t soon forget. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
