A recently renovated guest house set in Tuk Tuk, Hub Tata Guesthouse features a garden. The property features lake views. In good weather, guests are welcome to sit outside.

At the guest house, each unit comes with a desk. Featuring a private bathroom, units at the guest house also provide guests with free WiFi, while certain rooms will provide you with a terrace. We had a very nice stay, we only stayed one night because it was sold out but we would've loved to stay longer.. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was included. Even though there was no electricity in the whole region in the morning, the staff made their best to serve us a nice breakfast, with a nice view! Would definitely come back!

Set within 10 km of Siti Nurbaya Bridge and 47 km of Mount Talang, Mila Homestay offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Padang. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. I cannot recommend this stay enough. Dila, the host, was exceptional and so kind hearted that it taught me so much during my short 3 days there. It is a nice quiet location, and you can tell that Dila has put her all into making sure the guests have an amazing time. She is always there to answer questions and do everything she can to make you comfortable. She cooks a delicious breakfast with her sister, and likes to take her guests around Padang and show them beautiful things like the clear blue river deep in the village. Stuff you would never find on your own. She even noticed I liked crystals and rocks and showed me a crystal shop I would not have been aware of. I will always cherish my stay here.

Located in Bukit Lawang in the Sumatra region, Jhony's Backpacker-Guest House only stay here book treking with us features a balcony. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available.

All units have a private bathroom and a shower, and certain units at the guest house have a terrace. At the guest house, some units are allergy-free. We booked with Jhony for our jungle trekking to see orangutans. It was the best decision ever! We saw orangutans and gibbon and long tail monkeys. The entire experience was great, the best food, great itinerary, where we stayed was very comfortable, and to end all the rafting was super super fun. Everything beat our expectations and it was all for a very fair price. Jhony was a great tour guide and so was his younger tour guide in training Lana who will be a guide next year. Lana was fantastic and super great with us and of course Jhony was too. Thank you so much to you both and we will definitely recommend you. If you’re coming to Bukit Lawang definitely book your tour with Jhony!

The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. We had a great time at SeaGate! The Bungalows are really comfortable, there is free water and tea and the sea view is amazing. Also the food at the restaurant is super tasty and all the staff are very nice. Borja gave us a lot of tips what to do on the island, which was really helpful.

Located within 9.3 km of Medan Grand Mosque and 10 km of Maimun Palace, Bua Guest House provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Medan. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Every room is fitted with a balcony with garden views. The guesthouse is located in a quiet area with a nice garden and outside area to relax. The best however was the owner. She gave us great tips and helped us organize our further trip. She owns another guesthouse in Tangkahan where we went on a jungle trip to see the Orang Utan. She made us a good and absolutely fair deal to get there, stay there, do the jungle tour and get back to Medan. We had the time of our life there.

Situated in Bukit Lawang, Sumatra Cheeky Monkeys features accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests can make use of the picnic area or the barbecue, or enjoy views of the lake and river. The owner was so kind. Let me stay in a slightly more expensive room inside without paying the difference and got a ride back to the guesthouse from the city center at night. I wasn’t there for long but definitely felt it was a good deal for the price. It is pretty far from the center of butik lawang. You can walk it in 20min or get a tuktuk for 30rp. The walk is nice. You get to see another side to the area.
