We were lucky as it was the Festa della Bruna in Matera, it was also a wonderful experience to see this spectacular festival. We even saw the firework display from our room.

Casa di Ele was a gorgeous little hotel in the heart of Matera. The hosts were brilliant and the breakfast was out of this world! Our room was tidy, spacious and absolutely gorgeous. The host even helped us print our bus tickets and was so helpful with recommendations.
