However, this was not an issue at all for us, the food on site is incredible, probably better than anywhere else on the island. Lonely beach is close by which you can either walk to or rent a Kayak/Bike to get there. There are the cutest dogs there as well which is a big bonus.

It is 26 km to Sihanoukville. Charming place. Wooden Bungalows have this atmosphere you seatch for. They are well shaded by mango trees and palms - so it does not get very hot at daytime. The beach is wide, well equipped with sunbeds and armchairs Restaurant have very reasonable prices and great choice of dishes. Amok is yummy! The staff takes good care of you - everyday they remember to provide new set of towels, coffee and water. Great hospitality and excellent value for money.I

Friend of Nature Bungalow is a recently renovated guest house in Koh Rong Island, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a water park. The accommodation features a business centre, room service and currency exchange for guests. We had such a wonderful time in this bungalow. The connection with the nature is amazing because, literally, you’re inside the mangrove. Our favorite thing was kayaking, we explored the mangrove and finished in the sea. In summary, this place is pure magic.

Bungalow was very clean and have good facilities. John is very nice man and he is also very helpful and give you lots of good advice. There is no WiFi which is good escape from Internet and social media but if you need to be connected buy Cellcard it working well. Beach is walkable.

It is situated less than 1 km from M’Pai Bay Wild Beach and offers luggage storage space. The rooms are fitted with a patio with views of the quiet street. Mela and Ian are super friendly hosts. They gave me a lot of suggestions where to eat, what to do and where to go on the island. I ended up hanging out with them at their bar at night. There was an incident with my room‘s window and Ian had fixed it in less than an hour. I highly recommend them :)
