The property features quiet street views and is 9.4 km from Angkor Wat and less than 1 km from Artisans D'Angkor. The guest house has family rooms. William a great host, the room so comfortable and the location perfect.

Beautiful grounds and cute cabin. The staff was great and they spoke English and Spanish. Had a great little poolside bar with beers for a dollar.

This is by far one of my best stays of Cambodia. The nicest host you could ever have - so helpful and caring, we felt just like at home. I can only recommend staying here. We loved it.

It is an oasis in the middle of everything you want to see in Siem Reap. Easy to get to everything. Rooms great size and impeccably clean. The pool and garden are amazing. You are right in the city but you would never know it. Minutes to Pub Street, Palace, restaurants, etc. Trevor, Srei Mau and all the staff are friendly and beyond helpful. Will be going back to Siem Reap and will definitely be staying here again!

Walking distance to downtown and night markets. A/C works great. Just off the main road. Laundry service was quick, cheap and good. Great value! I ended up staying an extra 2 days.

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Siem Reap. Although our air conditioner broke during the night and we had an early morning Angkor Wat sunrise tour, the hotel quickly sent engineers to fix it so we could still rest comfortably. What truly impressed us was how the staff went above and beyond the next day — we were given complimentary massages, a free room upgrade, and front-row seats to the Apsara show at ROBAM on Pub Street. Ms. chang ly even walked us there herself, which was incredibly helpful given how busy the streets can be. The service was exceptional. The staff were always checking in and ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony and great views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was excellent. A special thank you to Ms. Chang ly — your kindness and attention made this stay unforgettable. Breakfast was also a highlight, especially the noodle soup — absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Siem Reap. There is a private bathroom with bath in every unit, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. At the guest house, each unit has bed linen and towels. The owner, his family, and staff were all so so lovely and welcoming, we got a tour on arrival thoroughly explaining the facilities and details of the villa. Lots of places to relax outside on the balcony, very comfortable beds, lots of storage in the room, shower was very nice with different settings to choose from. The centre was about a 30minute walk away but there is the option to rent a bike. Filtered water was accessible 24/7 and laundry was available to do yourself at any time included in the price. Lots of curtains ensured privacy but with the choice to have lots of natural light if you wished. Overall for the price this was an amazing stay and I would 100% recommend
