The property features quiet street views and is 9.4 km from Angkor Wat and less than 1 km from Artisans D'Angkor. The guest house has family rooms. William is the great guy, we are happy to meet him and get to know him. He made really good home for people who go to Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. We had happy times there. Beautiful grounds and cute cabin. The staff was great and they spoke English and Spanish. Had a great little poolside bar with beers for a dollar.

This is by far one of my best stays of Cambodia. The nicest host you could ever have - so helpful and caring, we felt just like at home. I can only recommend staying here. We loved it.

Simply furnished, the air-conditioned rooms come in different sizes to cater to solo travellers, couples and groups. All features a private bathroom with a bathtub. 10/10! Cafe and resto are good!

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Siem Reap. Although our air conditioner broke during the night and we had an early morning Angkor Wat sunrise tour, the hotel quickly sent engineers to fix it so we could still rest comfortably. What truly impressed us was how the staff went above and beyond the next day — we were given complimentary massages, a free room upgrade, and front-row seats to the Apsara show at ROBAM on Pub Street. Ms. chang ly even walked us there herself, which was incredibly helpful given how busy the streets can be. The service was exceptional. The staff were always checking in and ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony and great views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was excellent. A special thank you to Ms. Chang ly — your kindness and attention made this stay unforgettable. Breakfast was also a highlight, especially the noodle soup — absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Siem Reap. All units comprise a seating area with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including a microwave, a toaster, a fridge and a minibar. There is a private bathroom with bath in every unit, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. At the guest house, each unit has bed linen and towels. It's the perfect place. It's more of a private Airbnb than a hotel feeling. We had our own little kitchen, dining table and balcony. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. And it feels very safe. The people running it are super nice. I honestly think this place is worth much more than the price they're asking for. I would especially recommend it to couples, families or friends. If you're travelling alone and like some quiet and peace then it's great for you too. If you're looking to be more social, maybe not. The place is a few streets outside of the center which in my opinion is perfect. You can take a passapp for a bit more than a dollar or have a nice stroll into town. You're already reaching the first restaurants etc in a few minutes walk. And there's a small local market just opposite of the place so you don't have to go far. If we ever need a hotel in Siem Reap again or have friends visiting, we will 100% book this place. Good luck to the owners for the future!
