The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum. Our stay was perfect, really clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price. The owner is also super nice, he recommended us what to visit first to avoid crowds, what dishes we should try and where to go for having a couple of beers.

At the guest house, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Very clean, friendly owner, no one is disturb even it’s an apartment / shop lot (homestay) room. The homestay rooms looks like hotel. Feel very comfortable. Shop facilities also very nearest. Sure will comeback again if we managed to come to the same place for any purpose. Me and my husband two person only staying there, if anyones wanna stay there with family, I can recommend this homestay, reasonable price too. Got 15kg new model washing machine too. We stayed at this homestay for 3 nights and it is run by Maria and her husband. Maria is super kind , nice and friendly and helped us in every way she could. She gave us many good advice like where to exchange money with best rate. The room is spotlessly clean, even for the public area, kitchen, washroom, etc, are all tidy. The main advantage of the homestay is it’s close to the red square(3 min walk). You even can come back to take a nap and have a shower in hot afternoon.

We loved our stay at Old Town Guest House.We were made to feel very welcome by our lovely hosts who were welcoming, friendly, helpful and just so kind. The whole house was spotless and our room was very comfortable- we slept extremely well. We enjoyed our breakfast each day and the homemade banana cake was a real treat. The house is perfectly located to visit Melaka- we walked everywhere!

Featuring quiet street views, Siantan In Paya Rumput Perdana features accommodation with balcony, around 15 km from Cheng Hoon Teng Temple. (1)Owner was so helpful, respond quickly. (2)The facilities all are in a good condition, feels like our home, complete with so many utensils, plates, induction cooker, rice cooker, microwave, jug and teapot, even have blender. Oh also got water filter so we can make susu for the kids easily, complete hot and cold water too. Both toilets also have water heater, so easy for the kids to take a bath. (3)All the rooms complete with mirror, aircond, blanket, table, hanger, and windows. No fan at other rooms except for master bedroom, but its ok as the aircond already cold and make us feels like hotel. (4)For me, the best part is, it was so suitable for family who have toddler and baby. The house so simple without too much furniture and useless decoration( glasses decoration) but all were complete. So our toddler can run from the living room till the kitchen. They were so happy and can play independently without our worries. (5)Lastly, it was so nice if owner can add qiblat direction, but it just a small matter as we can check ourselves using our phone or use surau as the guide. Plus, it was so near with surau Jumaat, so hipster, hence the man can perform their prayer with the kids.
