Adorable 1-bedroom ADU (listing calls it a family room, so we weren't sure if the photos matched the listing, but it does indeed have a separate bedroom) in a country setting about 6 miles from the quirky little town of Fallbrook, close to Temecula & Oceanside. Tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. Patio area with table and chairs. Hosts live next door, great communication, always helpful.

We spent 7 night at Kate Stanton Inn and could not fault the service and kindness we received from the wonderful Liz and Carol who run this exceptional b&b. Our ensuite room was beautifully decorated, very clean and was serviced every day. The bathroom was a good size with a lovely large shower and had all the facilities we needed to make this a very comfortable stay. Liz and Carol welcomed us into their home, they are great company to spend time with and lots of fun. Breakfast was served to us in the communal dining room along with other guests. We met lovely, interesting, fun people and had some great conversations over breakfast which was delicious and different each day. There was no rush for us to leave the table with plentiful amounts of tea and coffee available. When we returned during the afternoon we were greeted by Liz and Carol and shared a glass (or two) of wine with them at their invitation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kate Stanton Inn and would not hesitate to recommend this b&b to anyone hoping to stay in the Encinitas area.

With free WiFi, this 3-star inn offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The property is non-smoking and is located 3.4 km from University Of San Diego. I absolutely will never stay anywhere else but this hotel we have stayed in a lot of hotels in that area but wow I mean when we came in John greeted us with the big smile they gave us a late check out we had our two dogs with us so it's always difficult traveling and they just made our stay wonderful. Their beds are so comfortable and the sheets were so soft and the pillows were soft also great! We always get a hotel rooms that have pillows that are so hard you can't sleep on them. The Maids were so friendly and they didn't wake us up in the morning, and they had a huge area that was all grass for the dogs! Having a beautiful clean room and new tiles and bathtub was awesome off the charts microwave refrigerator can't say enough great things about this place! Thank you so much!!
