Amazing place to stay. The guesthouse is next to the family home of the hosts. The family is very welcoming, friendly and open to give advice on what to do in the area. English is not a problem. They brought fresh and tasty breakfast to us every morning and there is an optional cooked dinner. Comfy beds, kitchen and seating area. The Migoyan museum and Sanahin monastery are next door and the start to some wonderful hikes are nearby. There is a small shop next door. You can also watch the piglets in the neighbour's barn while drinking your morning coffee.

Perfect location in a historical house just next to the Sanahin Monastery. The hosts are a very friendly family and they make sure their guests feel comfortable and happy. They helped me to arrange taxis to all the monasteries located in the vicinity. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced.

We loved everything about our stay, especially the host Alla. She is a lovely person and an excellent cook,( we ate some of the best food we had in Armenia here) she also runs some very interesting workshops on pottery, carpet weaving and soap making. We had a great time chatting with her and learning about Armenian culture. Photos are true to the property, everything is clean and comfortable, the property also has a lovely garden with a beautiful view of the mountains. Location is a five minute walk to Sanahin monastery in one direction and to the Mikoyan brothers museum in the other, it’s also only a short drive to Haghpat monastery and Akhtala fortress.

Spacious and well equipped rooms, comfy beds and linen, great terrace where breakfast served, table games, pool, pretty garden and very nice environment generally.     I loved it here!!! Possibly one of the best stays ever. I didn't expect it at all, considering the location in this remote little village. The owners are so kind, the room was way beyond comfortable! I had all my meals here and their food was delicious. I was going to stay just one night but liked it so much I prolonged. I can't recommend it enough, a true home away from home!!!
