Don’t hesitate to book a room in Liviti, it is the perfect place to be. The landscape is fantastic, the room is very comfortable and beautiful with air conditioning. The owner and her family are the nicest and most helpful hosts we have ever met. The breakfast is gorgeous and the owner can also prepare an extraordinary dinner for you. She can book a taxi for you and a bus as well if needed. What a fantastic BnB!

This cozy guesthouse was one of our stops during our road trip through Armenia, right in the heart of one of the country’s famous wine regions. We chose it for its excellent location, comfortable facilities, and promise of a homemade breakfast — and it didn’t disappoint. As a wine lover, I was especially excited to explore this area and taste some delicious Armenian wines. We planned our stay here to celebrate my birthday, and everything turned out just right. The setting was lovely, the room was spacious and clean, and everything matched the description in the listing. The homemade breakfast was fresh and satisfying — the perfect way to start the day. Parking was also easy and available right outside the property, which was very convenient during our road trip. We’re grateful for the peaceful atmosphere and the warm welcome we received. The property is located in a quiet village spot and is surrounded by a beautiful orchard. Everything was clean and comfortable, the host was very friendly, and we loved our stay. Highly recommend. (Also, try her dried peaches, they are to die for!)

The place was easy to find and it had proper signage. It was exactly where the GPS pointed out. If you have not travelled in Armenia, you should know that this is a plus. The hosts were super kind. Although we arrived late at night, they were expecting us and had some local fruits and desserts in order to welcome us. The room had a proper temperature with aircondition and the shower was at the proper temperature as well. They renovating the place so the tavern was closed, but next time we hope to be able to eat there. The breakfast was huge, consisted of local treats. Jams, juice, tea, omelettes. I definitely suggest the place. It was one of the best stayings I had in Armenia and wish to visit again.

This B&B is the home of an absolutely lovely family, who share their house with guests. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome. The hospitality is amazing, we had dinner together with the family with really good delicious Armenian food. It's a pity, that due to our plans we could only stay one night.
