The location is the best if you come from Tbilis，as there are several historical monasteries on the way, also the lake. Directly to Yerevan may cost too much time. While in this place the next morning you can go for Garni temple(more closer than Yerevan) so that you can have a beautiful picture without other tourist before they come from Yerevan, then head to Yerevan for an afternoon tea! The apartment is perfect with everything you want and safe parking. It just next to the Kecharetsi monastery.
