We had a fantastic time staying in Karbi, and wish we could have spent longer there. Zhanna's house is absolutely beautiful, with amazing home made decorations and beautiful Armenian carpets everywhere. We had the entire top floor of the house to ourselves as there were no other guests during our stay. There is a delightful balcony with views looking out over Mt. Ararat. Zhanna and her husband were incredibly kind and hospitable: the breakfast and dinner that they provided were superb. They are a lovely couple too. We wish we had more time to get to know them. The garden at their house is lovely, with large fruit trees providing cherries, mulberries etc that we were encouraged to eat lots of. Overall, a lovely stay. We just wish we'd planned ahead more so that we could have stayed for longer. If we return to Armenia we would seriously consider hiring a car and basing ourselves here for e.g. a week.

Amazing Armenian accommodation in a quiet and safe area. Located in a village below Aragats. The very nice owner will show you the garden, his small museum and give you a taste of the local plums. There are many rooms to choose from. All the rooms are very nice, clean and fragrant. The shower and toilet is very clean. The rooms have very comfortable mattresses, we slept wonderfully. I must also recommend the breakfast. It is a traditional Armenian breakfast with a great selection. I recommend this accommodation to everyone, it is an experience!

Very clean territory, hospitable owner, there is a swimming pool, sauna. Place is dogfriendly - we were with an adult retriever. Beautiful view of the mountains, many fruit trees - in the middle of the day you can hide in the shade of the garden.

This was one of the best guesthouses I’ve been to in the whole country. Wonderful location, plenty of amenities. And the warmest and most welcoming hosts. I am definitely coming back here in summer! It’s perfect for a lazy couple of days away from Yerevan.

The apartment is newly reconstructed and clean, well located, close to Jerevan's airport. If you need to do the transfer to another flight and stay during a night (or more nights) in Jerevan, as we did, I can highly recommend. The owner is nice and polite, she can arrange a transfer from airport to the apartment for very good price. We traveled with our children and they received lots of gifts, sweets and fruit as well as home made limonade. If we travel to Jerevan we will defintly come back again. The owner came to the apartment to assure a trasfer for us back to the airport at 3.30 a.m. as we had following flight at 5.40! She slept only few hours to be sure we get well to the airport And on time! Amazing!

Lovely accommodation. There was enough space to park our cars inside the hotel compound. The rooms were large and clean. There is also a nice common space to eat your food or just hang out. The breakfast was large and tasty. I'd definitely come back.
