Value for money, good location, interesting hotel area design. Very nice restaurant, lots of local dishes. They got nice, but a bit unusual food. Everything is eatable, nothing with too much pepper, but combination of products is not common for European style food.

Everything was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming, flexible and easy to communicate with. There was a problem with water heating that they fixed immediately. The flat is nicely furnished and everything was spotless. The homemade breakfast was big and delicious.

The apartment is newly reconstructed and clean, well located, close to Jerevan's airport. If you need to do the transfer to another flight and stay during a night (or more nights) in Jerevan, as we did, I can highly recommend. The owner is nice and polite, she can arrange a transfer from airport to the apartment for very good price. We traveled with our children and they received lots of gifts, sweets and fruit as well as home made limonade. If we travel to Jerevan we will defintly come back again. The owner came to the apartment to assure a trasfer for us back to the airport at 3.30 a.m. as we had following flight at 5.40! She slept only few hours to be sure we get well to the airport And on time! Amazing!

Very clean and nice hotel with very friendly and , professional stuff that was there for me always - took me from and to the airport, helped with the money change and helped to find my way to the city center. The breakfast was tasty and original, the coffee that they offered was amazing and the bad was surprisingly comfortable with a good smell of laundry.

The owner of the property met us at the airport , exactly where he told us to wait , he took us to the apartment and he was Very friendly and helpful . The place is extremely clean , it has a nice TV , a fridge , a washing machine , a very good bed and very good sofa . The bathroom is very comfortable and it has a hairdryer!! Also there is a kettle and some instant hot chocolate and very good tea . Oh , I was about to forget , there is also WiFi . Overall I'm very happy ! The location is good as it is 5 minutes driving from the airport and nearby at a walking distance you can find all kind of shops and restaurants. Very happy :) I will definitely come to stay here again next time I fly through Yerevan .
